MailChimp’s Terms of Use and its Privacy Policy guarantee compliance with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and confirm that MailChimp has certified its agreement with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Notices and announcements are sent solely by email.
