The sole exception to this rule is during the mailing of the Association’s e-news, for which the Association uses the MailChimp online platform where personal data is stored for the sole purpose of sending out e-news. Stored personal data includes first name, surname, and email address. MailChimp’s Terms of Use and its Privacy Policy guarantee compliance with the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and confirm that MailChimp has certified its agreement with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Notices and announcements are sent solely by email.
